Can I place an order right now?
Add pieces to your bag, enter your shipping details at checkout, and pay securely with PayPal or card through PayPal. You’ll see a confirmation as soon as your payment goes through.
Where will GRACE HOME ship?
We deliver to the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations, and APO/FPO addresses are not currently supported.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $8.00 per order, plus $15.00 for each oversized unit. The shoe bench, bar stool, floor mirror, blanket ladder, and bookshelf are oversized. Your bag and checkout show the exact amount before payment.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed in 2–3 business days, followed by an estimated 3–7 business days in transit. Weekends, public holidays, and carrier delays may affect these windows. They are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
How do I track an order?
Tracking information is emailed to you once your order ships. If you haven’t received it, contact us with your order reference.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact support as soon as possible with your order reference and requested change. Changes may be possible before fulfillment begins, but cannot be guaranteed once preparation or dispatch is underway. A dispatched item may need to follow the return process.
What is the return policy?
You can return unused items in original condition within 30 days after delivery. Return authorization is required before sending a piece back. Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping; defective or incorrect items are handled separately. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
What should I do if something arrives damaged?
Keep the packaging and take clear photographs of the piece, parcel, and shipping label. Contact support promptly with your order number so the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate remedy arranged. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
How do I look after wooden pieces?
Dust with a soft cloth, wipe spills promptly, and dry fully. Avoid soaking, harsh chemicals, direct heat, and prolonged strong sunlight. Kitchen boards need product-specific food-contact and oiling guidance. Always read the individual product’s care notes before use.
Are the materials and dimensions final?
Every listing includes materials, dimensions, and care details. Natural wood varies, so grain and tone may differ slightly from the photographs.
Are the plants, books, and ceramics included?
No. Styling objects are not included unless explicitly listed. Each listing identifies its contents; the coaster listing contains four coordinated coasters.
