Using the store

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when communicating or ordering. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, or misuse another person’s information. Purchasers should be adults with legal capacity to enter a contract, or act with appropriate authorization. We may restrict misuse while respecting applicable consumer law.

Orders & acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A payment authorization or automatic receipt does not, by itself, guarantee acceptance. We confirm acceptance by email once your order is processed. An order may be declined or cancelled for an unavailable item, a material pricing error, suspected fraud, an unsupported destination, or another lawful reason. If payment was collected for an order that is not accepted, it must be refunded appropriately.

Products & descriptions

We aim to present pieces accurately, but screens, lighting, and natural material variation can affect appearance. Product images show each piece styled for illustration; finished pieces may differ slightly in grain, tone, and detail. Dimensions are approximate. Styling accessories are not included unless the listing states otherwise.

Prices, taxes & payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown before you pay. Prices can change for future purchases, but changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order without lawful grounds and communication. Obvious errors may be corrected with notice and an opportunity to cancel where required. Payments are handled securely by PayPal; never submit card details by email or support form.

Availability, delivery & returns

Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. Estimated processing and transit windows are not guarantees. Deliveries and returns are subject to the separate Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies, which form part of these terms. Statutory remedies for defects, misdescription, or non-delivery are not removed by those policies.

Intellectual property

The GRACE HOME brand assets, original copy, product imagery, and site design belong to GRACE HOME. Third-party software remains subject to its own licenses. You may use the store for personal shopping but may not reproduce protected brand assets or content for commercial purposes without permission. Nothing here claims ownership of customers’ own submissions or third-party rights.

Service availability & liability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, GRACE HOME may limit liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. This does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable rights concerning defective goods, fraud, or personal injury. No blanket waiver of mandatory protections is intended.

Disputes, changes & contact

Please contact support first with order details and the resolution you are seeking. We will review the issue and respond promptly. Changes to these terms apply to future orders only.
